  • Materials: carbon steel wire, galvanized wire, stainless steel wire, other material available.
  • Wire diameter: 2–6.5 mm.
  • Spacing between vertical wires: 50 mm, 55 mm, 60 mm, 75 mm, 80 mm.
  • Spacing between horizontal wires: 50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm.
  • Panel width: 1.5–4.0 m.
  • Panel height: 0.6–3.0 m.
  • "V" beams No.: Panels up to 0.9 m/1.2 m/1.8 m height have 2 "V" beams, 2.0 m/2.4 m height have 3 "V" beams.
  • Surface treatment: 3D fence panels made from galfan wire, then PVC powder coating (Min. 100 micron), or PVC powder painting. It provides additional protection and increases the potential life span.
  • Colors: RAL 6005 green, RAL 9005 black, RAL 5010 blue, RAL 3000 red, RAL 9010 white. All RAL color is available.
  • Accessories: posts, post base feet, barbed wire, slotted clamp bars, post cap, bracket, bolts, spacer, nuts, washer, clips, etc.
• 3D fence posts:
  • Material: high grade steel for maximum strength and rigidity.
  • Post section (square and round): 40 × 40 mm, 50 × 50 mm, 60 × 60 mm, 70 × 70 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm, 42 mm.
  • Post Plate thickness: 1.0–3.0 mm.
  • Colors: same as panel.
  • Post cap: metal caps or plastic cap.
  • Metal clips and clamps are hot dip galvanized then powder coating in green or black color.

• Strength and rigidity: The heavy wire spanning the entire width in the middle of the "V" shaped beams added additional strength and rigidity.
• Modern design and attractive surface: The "V" shaped bending curves made the security fence attractive.

Packing

Packing is import for the products as the ship would be rough shaking during the sailing, which would make serious damage to the goods. Our panels are usually packing in wooden pallet . Posts are packing in bubble film with tape to fix it. All the clamps are packed into carbon boxes.

Also stell pallet and loading in bulk is available.
